How do you ensure the freshness of my order during shipping?
All Blue Sheep treats are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or flash-frozen before being packed in insulated thermal liners with cold packs to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan cupcakes and cookies. However, please note that all our products are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit.
How long will my baked goods stay fresh?
When kept in an airtight container at room temperature, our cookies last 5 days and cupcakes 2 days. For longer storage, you can freeze our items for up to three months.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a special event?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any potential shipping delays.
Do you ship nationwide?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to the perishable nature of our artisanal ingredients.
