Holiday Cupcake Decorating Class

Learn how to create these six adorable Christmas themed fondant cupcakes for your own holiday event! Classes held every Thursday from December 4th through December 18th. Space is limited so book now!

In this two hour class you will learn how to: 

- make a Santa Claus cupcake, snowman cupcake, Christmas ornament cupcake, snowflake cupcake, and holly cupcake
- properly frost a cupcake in preparation of covering in fondant
- evenly roll out fondant
- apply a fondant cover for a smooth, flawless look
- texturing techniques using tools and mats
- use plunger cutters

Once enrolled you will sent the supplies list we'll be using.  We will be providing a majority of the items but there are a few items you'll need to bring.  We will be providing the cupcakes, buttercream, fondant, spatulas,and  rolling pins.   Candyland Crafts has everything else you need & is offering students a one day 10% discount off class supplies when you enroll in a Blue Sheep decorating class. 

Classes are held at our cake studio in Green Brook - 349 Highway 22, Green Brook NJ, across from Strike and Spare bowling alley.

If less than 5 spots are booked 1 week prior to scheduled date, class will be cancelled and monies refunded.

Rain/snow dates will be rescheduled.
