Mother's Day "M" Cookie Cake

Wow mom this Mother's Day with the latest dessert trend! Layers of swiss cream sandwiched between two butter cookies  in the shape of an M.  Decorated with French macarons, merengues, fresh raspberries, chocolate hearts and bars, nilla cookies, and wafer cookies.
